TERMS AND CONDITIONS
CLASSROOM BASED TRAINING
1. Company Authorizations Form
Please take note that any person sent on any of the training course by their employers must fill in the Company Information Form (this will be sent through with your confirmation form). Bookings made without this document will be regarded as invalid.
2. Cancellations and Postponements
Account n Tax Training Academy reserves the right to cancel any course should there be an insufficient number of delegates booked for the course.
Delegates will be allowed only one postponement after which the course will be considered to have been attended. After submitting your confirmation form back to Account n Tax Training Academy – NO cancellations will be accepted and the delegate will be held liable for the full course fee, however substitutions may be made.
3. Postponement Notice
Postponements must be faxed/ emailed to the Training Department in writing at least 5 working days prior to the course commencement date. The course will otherwise be considered to have been attended and the delegate will be liable for the course fee in full.
4. Training Courses
After completing the training course/s, delegates are encouraged to book to write the Patel Competency Assessment to show their ability to utilize the software.
All courseware will be provided; the assessment fee is not included in the course price.
Delegates are to bring their own stationery (pens, pencils, rulers, calculators, etc.)
Training courses are conducted from 09h00 – 16h30, delegates who are late will not be waited upon.
